Information- Fun Facts
1. Guppies are peaceful fish
2. temperature of tank should be 68-78 degrees
3. they are live breeders (lots of babies)
4. life span - 2.5-3.5 years.
5. the lower the temp of water, the longer they live but they will breed less.
6. the higher the temperature the more they breed but the less years they will have.
7. their stomach is slightly bigger than their eyeball.
Be aware and be prepared. 5 Basic steps to give your fish the best!
1. Make sure your tank is cycled prior to adding fish.
2. Tank mates is very important, choosing wrong tank mates can stress or even kill the fish.
3. Acclimate the fish to the same water temperature before adding the fish into your aquarium.
4. Be careful not to add too many fish into the tank. The bigger the tank the better!
5. Give them plenty of hiding spots, it will ease the stress and allow female guppies to breed.
